Technician I, Manufacturing Process (Chemistry)
Position Overview
Support the manufacturing and testing of chemistry-based products, aid in researching innovative ideas, and contribute to process optimization initiatives through continuous improvement projects. Focus is on both theoretical and practical solution development through the application of the scientific process.
- Responsible for manufacturing line support via execution of equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ), equipment purchases, process improvement initiatives, etc.
- Perform in-process/release testing and reports results
- Responsible for instrumentation maintenance and upkeep
- Draft controlled documentation including, but not limited to, component drawings, tooling qualification, and equipment specification
- Maintain laboratory raw material and supplies
- Day-to-day tasks performed under supervision
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Salary Range:
$20.35-$25.44 (Financial compensation packages may be higher or lower than what is listed, and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs & market demand)
- High school diploma or GED
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience with materials analysis or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of basic chemistry techniques and analytical equipment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Knowledge of supplier qualifications, statistics, cGMP, ISO 9001/13485
