Associate Territory Sales Manager (Multiple Locations)

Position Overview

Support the promotion and sales of the Company's neurovascular medical devices in an assigned territory. In collaboration with sales leadership, drive territory penetration, cultivate customer relationships, aid in clinical training, and support overall business development initiatives. Job duties:
  • Assist in achieving territory sales targets through direct sales efforts and support of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) / Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) / Associate Territory Sales Managers (ATMs) to develop and execute territory business plans, including segmentation, forecasting, and execution strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals—physicians, nurses, and lab staff—across acute care settings (e.g., ICU, ED, cath lab, etc.).
  • Plan and facilitate product in-services, training sessions, and clinical education programs to foster safe and effective device use.
  • Provide technical and procedural support during clinical cases and device usage in the angio suite.
  • Support account management activities including inventory coordination, pricing, contracts, and rollout of promotional programs.
  • Assist with key stakeholder engagements, including surgeons, hospital administration, and procurement, to further product adoption.
  • Participate in trade shows, national meetings, advisory boards, and internal training sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Clinical Education, and Reimbursement teams.
  • Track territory metrics, i.e, calls, cases, revenue, account activity, forecasting, etc., and prepare reports accordingly.
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range:

$69,600 - $91,000 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)

    1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with comfort engaging in professional, high intensity settings.
    3. Ability to deliver customer-facing education and support.
    4. Analytical approach to interpreting data and insights to inform decision making.
    5. Collaborative working style with cross-functional orientation.
    6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
