Coordinator II, Production Training
Position Overview
Salary Range$20.83 - $24.61/hourFinancial compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.Job Description and DutiesMaintain database, provide training materials for all production associates, and manage training records in accordance with the Quality System as established by MicroVention.
- Prepare training materials and accurately maintain paper and electronic training records per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) requirements.
- Maintain paper and electronic training document files to current requirements as defined by the Quality System.
- Coordinate training between production lines and initiators including set up of Outlook invites, attendance tracking, and follow up on training completions.
- Support production training requests and processing.
- Assist with providing updated released controlled copies for production floor.
- Lead and assist with new process, refresher, and Onboarding training.
- Train, lead, and mentor new Training Coordinators.
- Work independently with little direction.
- Lead and assist with training related projects including document redlines, routing changes for approvals, and process updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow company procedures.
- Ability to work with moderate supervision.
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with navigation of computer-based training.
- Experience working in the medical device industry.
- Knowledge of medical device document control requirements and practices.
- Ability to assist with team staffing decisions and material replenishment needs.
