Jr Regional Sales Territory Manager, Italy

Position Overview

In charge of supporting Regional Sales Territory Managers, gain good understanding of the Company’s medical device business and develop customer relationships within assigned territory. Job duties:
  • Promote Company’s products in assigned territory.
  • Support Sales Team in their territories with (and later be responsible for) the following duties:
    • Provide clinical and technical support to physicians during cases.
    • Effectively communicate the Company’s clinical study data to physicians.
    • Maintain and manage the equipment in assigned territory (e.g., consignment, trunk stock, as applicable).
    • Coordinate customer consignment contracts and tenders as applicable.
    • Maintain and further strengthen the relationship with local associations as applicable.
    • Conduct trainings and presentations for medical staff and constantly monitor customer requirements and level of satisfaction.
    • Integrate with Customer Service and other functional departments.
  • Collect and analyze regional commercial activities, which may include competitive strategy and market trends.
  • Represent the Company in meetings, congresses, and events.
  • Attend and participate in regular group and individual meetings, as designed, to acquire or strength skills and learn about new products or sales program.
  • Actively promote team building within the department.
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    1. Master or Bachelor of Science in Medical Device Technology or Biomedical Sciences / Engineering. AND / OR
    2. A medical background as a certified or licensed professional (e.g., registered nurse, medical technician, etc.).
    3. Team player
    4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    5. Willingness and flexibility to travel.
    6. Technical understanding and ability to explain complex products in a comprehensible way.
    7. Good organizational skills.
    8. Self-starter mindset.
    9. Ability to analyze and interpret technical data / information.
    10. Good presentation skills with a working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
    11. Good English language skills.
    12. Excellent time management skills.
    13. Valid driver’s license.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. ­Relevant internship or similar professional experience.
    2. Familiarity with neuroradiology, radiology, or cardiology.#LI-DNI
