Sr Analyst, Field Inventory (U.S. Remote)

Position Overview

Responsible for delivering insights, dashboards, and automation solutions that drive inventory efficiency across the organization’s trunk stock and consignment programs. Serve as the technical lead for reporting, analytics, and data integrity, and play a key role in performance tracking, risk mitigation, and decision support across the Field Inventory Management (FIM) program. Job duties:
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI using SAP and SQL-based datasets.
  • Create and manage field inventory performance KPIs including turns, expiry trends, usage velocity, and audit metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth usage and turnover analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to provide insights for consignment and trunk stock strategy.
  • Support automation and workflow optimization using Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Lead quarterly metric reporting and performance summaries for leadership reviews.
  • Assist in audit reconciliation by preparing analytical summaries and identifying discrepancies.
  • Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and sources of truth (e.g., SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions and self-service tools for the FIM team.
  • Support field and regional realignment efforts with dynamic territory-based inventory reporting.
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $105,000

    1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
    2. Minimum five (5) years of experience in reporting, analytics, or operations support in a regulated industry.
    3. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
    4. Strong understanding of field inventory or supply chain processes.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    6. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, and Teams.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Power BI development experience, including DAX and data modeling best practices.
    2. Familiarity with SAP data structures and Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
    3. Strong written and visual communication skills to explain analytical outputs.
    4. Experience with SQL.
