Specialist II, Global Talent - CR
Position Overview
Support the creation and implementation of global integrated talent management, leadership & professional development, and organizational development solutions, programs, and initiatives. As part of the Global Talent team, collaborate across HR and business units to deliver programs that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. Job duties:
- Consultation: Assess complex problems, gather and interpret data to assess trends, report findings, and make actionable recommendations. Develop innovative and tailored solutions to meet the needs of the client.
- Training Development & Delivery: Develop, coordinate, and facilitate training programs (in-person, virtual, and blended).
- Material Design: Design engaging leadership and professional learning materials such as presentations, learning content, and guides using instructional design models such as ADDIE.
- New Hires: Lead orientation processes for new Associates.
- Analysis & Reporting: Track and maintain accurate records of training activities, completions, and feedback. Collect and analyze data related to talent and performance, organization assessments, surveys, interviews, and OD interventions. Assist in reporting and tracking progress of talent development goals and initiatives.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design and implement learning needs assessments and surveys to evaluate competency gaps and training effectiveness.
- Talent Tools & Processes: Maintain and improve tools and processes that support career development, talent reviews, and project management.
- Communications: Draft internal communications related to learning and talent development initiatives.
- Organizational Development Initiatives: Assist in the design and delivery of OD initiatives including employee engagement, change management, and team development programs.
- Talent Management Coordination: Coordinate talent management programs and initiatives including performance reviews, development planning, succession management, and potential assessment.
- Learning Administration: Develop and coordinate training schedules, calendars, logistics, and communications with employees and external vendors. Develop proficiency in Workday Learning LMS.
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, and/or Instructional Design, or transferable field.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Talent Management, Human Resources, or transferable field in a business setting.
- Solid project and program management experience: ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, and well organized.
- Ability to create compelling reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Demonstrated strong facilitation skills and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Certification in DiSC, BlueEQ, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, and/or similar assessment products.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability with software platforms, Canva, MS Forms, SurveyMonkey, Learning Management Systems, etc.
- Experience with change management models (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges) or organizational development frameworks.
- Global experience.
