Sr Manager, Production

Position Overview

Lead production of neuroendovascular products. Utilizing product and process knowledge, as well as manufacturing methodologies, manage activities of a large production team to achieve key goals for safety, compliance, and output. Job duties:
  • Direct a team of Production Supervisors to ensure the factory meets its commitments for key deliverables, such as safety, production targets, quality compliance, and cost.
  • Confer with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, and to obtain data regarding quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products.
  • Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications.
  • Plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities.
  • Consult with engineering relative to the modification of machines and equipment to improve production and quality of products.
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior management on production topics or issues.
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Salary Range:

$130,000 - $150,000 (can be higher based on education, experience and skill set)

    1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
    2. A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in a manufacturing setting within the medical device industry or similar field.
    3. A minimum of two (2) years of management experience.
    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    5. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
    2. Manufacturing leadership experience in GMP environment.
    3. Ability to analyze data/metrics and propose solutions.
    4. Knowledge of medical device production equipment.
    5. Experience with enterprise management systems such as SAP.
