Terumo Neuro Launches New Clinical Studies Website Showcasing Its Research Portfolio

A central hub for neurosurgeons and healthcare providers to explore peer-reviewed clinical studies supporting Terumo Neuro devices

Aliso Viejo, CA – June 4, 2026 – Terumo Neuro, a global leader in neurovascular innovation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Terumo Corporation, today announced the launch of its new Clinical Studies website -- an easy-to-navigate, reliable destination for health care providers (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to explore Terumo Neuro-sponsored and -supported clinical research.

Designed to support scientific exchange, the site enables HCPs to quickly identify studies by condition, mechanism of action, and patient type, and to access clear, clinically relevant study information in one place. Visitors can also connect easily to request more information or discuss participation opportunities.

“Clinicians need information they can trust—and they need it in a format that makes it easy to identify which studies may be most relevant to their patients and practice,” said Nagesh Uppuluri, SVP, Global Clinical & Medical Affairs, Terumo Neuro. “By bringing our peer-reviewed publications and global research portfolio into one reliable, up-to-date hub, we’re helping HCPs more efficiently review endpoints, patient populations, and key findings that inform use of Terumo Neuro devices.”

At launch, the website includes 45+ peer-reviewed publications and 25+ studies across eight devices in 20+ countries, representing 4,900+ patients—demonstrating the breadth and global reach of Terumo Neuro’s clinical evidence. This growing body of evidence is intended to help clinicians evaluate endpoints and outcomes reported in literature and understand how Terumo Neuro technologies have been studied across patient populations and care settings.

Clinical studies and publications on the site span a range of Terumo Neuro technologies, including the WEB™ Intrasaccular Embolization System, Hydrogel Coils, FRED™ Flow Diverter, LVIS™ Coil Assist Stent, PHIL™ Liquid Embolic System, BOBBY™ Balloon Guide Catheter, ERIC™ Stent Retriever, and SOFIA™ Aspiration Catheter.

Built for neurosurgeons and other health care professionals, the site provides a consistent, compliant, and up-to-date source of scientific information—making it easier to review relevant publications and trials, and to return to trusted details when questions arise. HCPs can also use the site to connect directly for follow-up information.
