Associate, Facilities
Position Overview
Perform maintenance cleaning and facility inspection, including cleanrooms and conference rooms. Fulfill work orders in a timely manner. May be expected to perform basic repairs and ensure that all trash is empty, floors are mopped, and walls, windows and lunchroom tables cleaned. Job duties:
- Perform cleaning schedules in compliance with SOP 6.4 Environmental Control.
- Maintain general facility schedules and adapt to unforeseen situations and interruptions.
- Monitor inventory of clean room supplies and consumables, and order replenishment from vendors.
- Perform basic repairs such as changing lights and hanging pictures.
- Clean all floors, walls, carpet, windows and surrounding landscape.
- Fill out daily cleaning logs.
- Dispose of waste chemicals and materials following approved safety processes and procedures.
- Monitor overall cleanroom operation and report issues and problems.
- Receive and direct deliveries for onsite restocking and service calls.
- Execute Facilities work orders.
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Range:
$17.85/Hour - $21.50/Hour (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience.
- General knowledge of HVAC systems for general facility and cleanroom operations.
- Ability to comply with all safety procedures.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the janitorial field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Understanding of SDS and chemical identification.
- Understanding of corporate SOPs and related documents.
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety.
- Extended periods of sitting, standing or walking.
- Frequent bending, twisting and reaching.
- Extended periods of chemical cleaning supply use.
- Periods of working in a cleanroom or controlled environment as required, adhering to strict gowning and hygiene requirements.
- May work with machinery and chemicals, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Frequent moderate lifting, up to 50lbs.
- May be required within the position to be in an environment that can include radiation exposure (such as Cathlabs).
