AZUR™ Detachment Controller

Indications for Use

The AZUR Detachment Controller is intended for use with the AZUR Peripheral Embolization System and AZUR Vascular Plug only. It should be used to detach the AZUR Peripheral Coils and Azur Vascular Plug as described in the AZUR Peripheral Embolization System and Azur Vascular Plug IFU's.

Battery Information

This AZUR™ Detachment Controller contains a 9V Procell® Constant (PC1604) alkaline-manganese dioxide battery manufactured by:
