Specialist I, Corporate Communications
Position Overview
Working closely with the Director of Global Corporate Communications, primary responsibilities include direct support and implementation of internal and external communication tools that are continuously renewed to reflect product and company growth and culture. Have direct contact and collaboration with the global marketing teams and communications team members for their input and feedback. Support multiple cross-functional efforts and projects within the Corporate and Marketing Communications departments. Job duties:
- Responsible for knowing the Company’s product portfolio and competitive portfolios to ensure proper use of marketing materials and communications internally and externally.
- Responsible for coordinating with Corporate Communications and Marketing teams globally to gain approval of all promotional material, following the Company’s standard operating procedure using WorkFront.
- Execute portions of individual projects and programs for both internal/Associate and external communications in collaboration with senior members of Corporate Communications. Help track and provide status reports as needed.
- Work with Human Resources team on projects to promote DEI program and internal Affinity Groups.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and uploading approved posts, monitoring accounts, and providing comprehensive reporting.
- Assist and participate in the creation of graphics/PPTs to support projects as needed.
- Understand the Company brand and serve as brand ambassador to Associates. Serve as a liaison between key internal constituents to articulate the brand’s position and to ensure consistency of the brand and corporate image in all programs, events, and promotional pieces.
- Assist internal communications lead with the internal global SharePoint intranet and global digital monitor system.
- Maintain and track invoices and receipts and submit payments in a timely and accurate manner in SAP Ariba. Code invoices for approval and monitor project budget performance.
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

Salary Range:
$29.21/Hour - $38.34/Hour (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or business administration.
- Zero (0) – two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills. Able to manage projects to delivery date.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Strong MS Office proficiency (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Medical device industry experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe professional and desktop website software.
- Ability to work with multiple associates and customers and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
- Team player, familiar with working globally.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience working effectively and confidently in a team environment.
