Intern, Quality Systems
Position Overview
Quality System Intern Salary: $21 -$34/hour. Compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, education and class level The Quality Systems Intern will assist in the development of trend analysis database, procedural improvement, and organization of records. This role is to enhance trending analysis and record management to strive for continual improvement in the Quality Systems program. The intern will also assist on various projects relating to QMS software systems. Typical job duties might include:
- Support data trending analysis
- Coordinate CAPA and Audit activities
- Support QMS software validation projects
- Partner with cross functional teams to improve Quality System processes
- External Standard process improvement
- Additional projects or tasks as assigned by QS Management
- Required Qualifications
- Working towards a Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferable in any engineering or computer science related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Detailed oriented, organize, and strong project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint). (Prefer an intermediate or advance level of Microsoft Excel skill)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capability and organization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to comprehend documents and concepts.
- Experience in medical device industry
- Knowledge/experience with SharePoint
- The primary work location for this position is Aliso Viejo, CA
- Relocation may be available for qualified candidates.
