Intern, HR Operations
Position Overview
Salary: $19 -$34/hour. Compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, education and class level.

About the Role
- The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with a variety of projects and day-to-day activities. This role will provide exposure to different areas of HR, including employee experience, onboarding, communications, and event planning.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new employees, such as organizing materials and welcome resources
- Help update and organize HR documents and employee files
- Support internal communications, including newsletters or employee announcements
- Conduct research on ideas to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
- Help plan and coordinate employee and intern events (team activities, community service, etc.)
- Support HR in creating fun and engaging programs for employees
- Assist with social media or internal content that highlights company culture
- Help track and organize basic HR information and reports
- Support scheduling meetings, interviews, or team events
- Assist with various projects across the HR team as needed
- What We’re Looking For Basic Qualifications
- Interest in Human Resources, business, or working with people
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or similar tools
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Experience helping organize events, school activities, or clubs
- Interest in social media, communications, or project work
