Receptionist & Administrative Asssitant
Position Overview
Work in administrative and reception functions and act as the first point-of-contact for MicroVention to external customers. Job duties:
- Welcoming guests (suppliers, customers, deliverers).
- Shipping/receiving management for mail and parcels.
- Meeting room management.
- Company Switchboard management (answering calls and dispatch).
- Administrative support.
- Office supplies management.
- Printer management.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Keep MVG office representative.
- Support for travel arrangements/external meeting arrangements.
- Support and back-up of Office Manager & Executive Assistant including customer contact.
- Back-up Customer Service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Computer literate.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Sensitive to prompt completion of tasks.
- Prior experience in administrative service activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good phone etiquette; very personable.
- Good English language skills.
- Cultivated Appearance.
